Yes program

The American High School Skopje has been a part of the AC YES Abroad Program with the American Councils for International Education North Macedonia since 2019.

Our engagement in this exchange program has helped us create a multicultural school environment which contributes to the cultural growth of all students, fostering understanding and tolerance of other cultures.

Having students from the USA in our school has been more than a valuable educational and cultural experience, especially regarding socialization, intercultural learning and cultural diversity. At the same time, we are proud that our students have been selected to spend a year in the USA, experiencing high school abroad.

All AHSS students are welcomed to apply for the YES Abroad Program and live abroad for a year.
